Quality System Experts takes your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy has been prepared in line with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018.

To browse our Site, no personal information needs to be provided and so you are free to browse anonymously. The only occasion where further information will be required, is if you choose to complete our Contact Form, where we require a name, an optional telephone number and e-mail address to allow us to respond. 

Aggregate Information and Non-Identifying Information

We may share aggregated information that includes non-identifying information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling. Aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain any Personal Information.

Quality System Experts cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. 1. Data we collect

As a supplier and service provider, we collect a variety of data which enables us to deliver our services. We use a secure encryption technology to ensure that all the data we hold is well protected and it is only accessible by authorised personnel.  In general, we collect the following data (usually relating to a company or organisation):

3. Why do we share data outside of the EU

- by ensuring any paper copies are kept in a secure location and for no longer than law dictates

In the unlikely event of a criminal breach of our security, we will inform the relevant regulatory body within 72 hours and, if personal data were involved in the breach, we shall also inform those affected.

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will let you know by changing the date on this policy, notifying customers where we are able to, adding notices to our website or mobile app, notifying customers of only significant changes. By continuing to access or use our services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised privacy policy.
