Quality System Experts takes your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy has been prepared in line with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018.
The GDPR promotes fairness and transparency for all individuals in respect of their personal data. This privacy policy applies to all data we process, and by using our website, you consent to our collection and use of such data. Information Collection
Personally Identifiable Information
To browse our Site, no personal information needs to be provided and so you are free to browse anonymously. The only occasion where further information will be required, is if you choose to complete our Contact Form, where we require a name, an optional telephone number and e-mail address to allow us to respond.
Aggregate Information and Non-Identifying Information
We may share aggregated information that includes non-identifying information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling. Aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain any Personal Information.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
Quality System Experts cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to summons), to protect the property and rights of com or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

As a supplier and service provider, we collect a variety of data which enables us to deliver our services. We use a secure encryption technology to ensure that all the data we hold is well protected and it is only accessible by authorised personnel. 1.2. What data do we collect when you visit our website, and why?

3. Why do we share data outside of the EU
We may transfer personal data to a country outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), for example if a third party we need to share data with during the course of normal business, has offices located outside of the EEA. 4. How do we keep your personal data secure?
We keep your data secure:
- by following internal policies of best practice and training for staff
- by encrypting personal data
- by ensuring computer programmes are kept up to date
- with a robust security system blocking unsolicited remote access on devices containing personal data
- by ensuring all data is regularly backed up to an encrypted and secured hard drive
- by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology when information is submitted to us online
- by ensuring any paper copies are kept in a secure location and for no longer than law dictates
In the unlikely event of a criminal breach of our security, we will inform the relevant regulatory body within 72 hours and, if personal data were involved in the breach, we shall also inform those affected.
5. Changes to our privacy policy and control
We may change this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will let you know by changing the date on this policy, notifying customers where we are able to, adding notices to our website or mobile app, notifying customers of only significant changes. By continuing to access or use our services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised privacy policy.
