To browse our Site, no personal information needs to be provided and so you are free to browse anonymously. The only occasion where further information will be required, is if you choose to complete our Contact Form, where we require a name, an optional telephone number and e-mail address to allow us to respond.
Aggregate Information and Non-Identifying Information
We may share aggregated information that includes non-identifying information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling. Aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain any Personal Information.

Quality System Experts cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. As a supplier and service provider, we collect a variety of data which enables us to deliver our services. 3. Why do we share data outside of the EU
We may transfer personal data to a country outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), for example if a third party we need to share data with during the course of normal business, has offices located outside of the EEA. If this is the case we will obtain your consent or otherwise ensure that the transfer is legal and your data is secure by following the EU’s guidelines.
4. How do we keep your personal data secure?
We keep your data secure:

- by ensuring computer programmes are kept up to date
- with a robust security system blocking unsolicited remote access on devices containing personal data
- by ensuring all data is regularly backed up to an encrypted and secured hard drive

- by ensuring any paper copies are kept in a secure location and for no longer than law dictates
In the unlikely event of a criminal breach of our security, we will inform the relevant regulatory body within 72 hours and, if personal data were involved in the breach, we shall also inform those affected.
